Jetflex FFCs are designed for board to board interconnections and are made up of tin or gold plated copper conductors insulated with PET film.

Our FFCs have very low profile, narrow width & very fine pitch, from 0.50mm, 1.00mm, 1.25mm, 1.27mm, and 2.54mm pitch to suit your needs.

We also offer customised cable solutions with options of shielding, slitting, bending and grounding as required.

Our R&D team also provides solutions, in various applications, where the harness cables can be replaced by the flat cables to reduced cost and upgrade the end product.

TYPE A

Bared and reinforced on both sides with supporting tape stuck on the conductors

TYPE B

Bared and reinforced on one side with the supporting tape stuck on the conductors. The second side is left as bared for soldering.

TYPE C

Bared on both sides with supporting tape stuck on the insulation film

TYPE D

Bared and reinforced on opposite side, with supporting tape stuck on the conductors respectively

TYPE E

Bared on both sides, supporting tape stuck on the insulation film

TYPE F

Bared on one side with supporting tape stuck on the insulation film. The second side is left as bared for soldering.

TYPE G

Bared at both ends and used for soldering

TYPE H

Bared and reinforced on one side with supporting tape stuck on the conductors. The second side has a special coloured supporting tape stuck to the conductor and part of the supporting tape is left open to insert the cable in mating connector. Additional flat supporting strip is stuck on opposite sides

TYPE I

Bared and reinforced on one side with supporting tape stuck on the conductors. Additional to the above, the second side has a special coloured supporting tape stuck to the conductor and part of the supporting tape is left open to insert the cable in mating connector.

TYPE J

Bared and reinforced on opposite side with supporting tape stuck on the conductors. The second side has a special coloured supporting tape stuck to the conductor and part of the supporting tape is left open to insert the cable in mating connector. Additional flat supporting strip is stuck on opposite side.

TYPE K

Bared and reinforced on both side with supporting tape stuck on the insulation film. The second side has a special coloured supporting tape stuck to the conductor and part of the supporting tape is left open to insert the cable in mating connector. Additional flat supporting strip is stuck on opposite side.

TYPE L

Bared and reinforced on equal side with supporting tape stuck on the conductors. The second side has a special coloured supporting tape stuck to the conductor and part of the supporting tape is left open to insert the cable in mating connector. Additionally two more special coloured supporting tape stuck for special purpose.
